KlezKamp begins with arrival and check-in beginning at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, December 23. Those wanting or needing to arrive earlier may make arrangements directly with the Hudson Valley Resort. In addition to our four class periods every day, most afternoons include “forshpayz” presentations before dinner. Dance Party Unplugged takes place after dinner and before the evening activity to allow participants to enjoy dancing to acoustic live music without having to stay up till the wee hours. Then follows an evening program designed to be of interest to the entire community and more dancing to live music. There will also be special children’s evening activities at the same time as the main evening activity.

Classes begin on Thursday and culminate in the Student Concert on Monday night. In order to be respectful of all participants, no electronics or instrumental music will be permitted in any public spaces from sundown Friday to after sundown on Saturday.

There are no classes on Tuesday, and the last dining room meal provided is lunch on that day; a carry-out option for lunch will be available. Because this year's program includes shabbos, the class that would ordinarily be held in the second afternoon slot on Friday will take place on Saturday after sundown.

Hotel facilities, including the health spa and indoor swimming pool, are open to all KlezKampers during regular operating hours at no extra charge. (Certain spa amenities are available at an extra charge.)
